hi jasmine,
i have a daughter who is 2 years and goes to daycare. usually i send breakfast. you can try making omlet with chopped palak and then prepare sandwich. noodles is easy and they will love it. mix rawa and wheat in water add a little salt and a pinch of sugar and coconut to make dosa. boil oats with milk and a spoon of honey. french toast is easy to make early in the morning. try these , good luck.

you could also give you child various parathas, aloo, gobi, methi etc. these are easy to make and stay fresh for long. and taste good even if they are cold. you could spread jam/chutney/sauce, add some chopped capcicum, onion, cheese, chatt masala and make a roll. also you could pack vegetable cutlets or indian breakfast like poha or upma which are both filling and nutritious.

contact if you want any specific recepies

regards
manisha

I can think of a few, like sandwiches that are toasted spread with cheese butter or jam. You can also make idlis, the dough can be made in advance and kept in the fridge and fresh idlis can be made before the child goes to is day school, compliment it with chutney or jam or honey

How about some mixed fruits. When they are cut up into small pieces they will look colourful and are easy to eat and very nutritious!

Even jam and butter sandwiches cut into small triangles. Or bread and honey.

Try Maggie noodles mixed with boiled vegetables. It will look colourful and children will like it. Also u can use scarmbled egg instead of veg. U can also give sandwiches/idlis etc.
