hi,
can try parathas stuffed with vegetables like aloo, onion, paneer, methi, peas etc or mix of the veg like cabbage, potato, carrot, beans. if u make uthappam, sprinke grated carrot, cheese on the top. u can make sweet dosas with the wheat flour. put jaggery to melt in the warm water. when fully melted, add the flour and make a dosa consistency batter. make dosas like the normal ones. u can make a porridge by roasting boiled rice, moong daal, sabudana, barley, chutney daal, badam, soya bean etc. mix 2 tblsps. of this pwd to the milk(add jaggery) or buttermilk(add salt) and stir it on flame till it boils. this is highly nutricious.all the best
