well i am slowly n steadily reaching on to my 12 th week ,after the mild cramp my doc. advised me not to go out ,so m basically at home ,most of u guys have crossed 1st trimester i m sure its a relief as i heard 2nd trimester is much more cooler n normal than the 1st tri.is any1 taking progestrone injections everyday? as i m having it n its giving me bad constipation despite doing al remedies ....kindly share Tejasree replied. Hello sara I am also in the same boat.Now I am in my 12th week still I am using Progestrone injection on everyday and also I am using Progestrone vaginal Table at bed time I too feel some times constipation but the solution is drink lot of water,fiber foods,fresh fruits and vegitables it will helps a lot.You can also try isapgol when u feel constipation, dont worry these are the common problems every thing will be alright best of luck. i am in wk 14 and yet i have to continue taking susten 200 becoa of low lying placenta.. the cure for constipation is eating a lot of fibrous fruits and beggies... isabgol and cremaffin or duphalac are your best bets to cure consti medically madhu replied. I have crossed my 12th week and i used to take progesterone supplements for a month. It was a 200mg tablet which I used to insert vaginally. Constipation is a very common problem around the first trimester. I have suffered it a lot too but since past few days I' m getting back on track.

U can try isabgol just 1 spoon every alternate days, it helped me a lot. Or after every meal drink lemon water. Also, going to bed eating a little jeera, cumin seeds helps. And when u get up in the morning drink luke warm water as soon as u wake up. I know how it feels being constipated all the time. But I think one has to go through it but do try these remedies it might help.
