Hi girls,

how are you all doing who are on this board.
i Completed 32 weeks today, just into 33 weeks. just curious how would you know whether baby's head is down. i am feeling normail, though a little difficult to sleep at night and also frequent visits to Bathroom.

Momtobe/Rohini, my numbers are <120 after two hours. As mom to be had written earlier, some doctors say <120 after 1 hour of meal. it all depends on individual case. Check out this link

About Banana, my dietician said - No in the morning. can have one in the afternoon as a snack. especially no fruit in the morning. But can have fruit serving after/during lunch.

Rohini, did they do an ultrasound for you. they did not do it for me even after i was diagnosed with GD.

ok lets share some more info later.
take care.

Hi Srija
I have also completed my 32 weeks. I also don't know how will we feel when the baby's head is down. I could feel a lot of movements other than the kicks. The kicks are on the sides and top of my belly. I guess the baby keeps changing position. Sometimes I can feel a very hard part somewhere near the top of my belly (below the ribs), that must be the head, but after sometime it will go down.
Last time, when they did my u/s, she said the baby's head is down and limbs are up and folded. But it will change positions every now and then. It comes to its permanent position only after 36 weeks. This is what she said.
During our first trimester we didn't know how the baby movements were. Then as we started feeling it, we knew that was it. Likewise, when the right moment comes, we will know it. My mom used to say, we will feel very heavy on our lower abdomen. Thats when we say the baby has moved down. As for the head down position or breech position, I guess only the doctor will say.
Today, I asked my doc about dates. Its a no.
Ok, I hope you all had a wonderful dussehra.
Take care,
Mom to be.
