Hi All,

I am 27weeks pregnant and just now went for a 2 days trip to a Lake..ohhh it was gr8 fun.we did boating and lived in a condo so that i can have all home made food.

I wud suggest all of u to ask ur doctor and then go to some nearby peaceful place where u can relax (best time is b/w ur 5-6 and 7th mnth).I am sure ur baby will enjoy it too.

And it can be your BABYMOON....Last trip when u two will b alone..intimate..together.

Thanks
Meenakshi

Hi Sonu,

Enjoy ur weekend at the lake..i am sure u will have gr8 fun there.
Just keep few things in mind:

-don´ t exert urself.
-do everything very slowly.
-drink lots and lots of water.
-apply sunscreen on ur body.
-During the journey take a break after every 1hr and strech ur legs and walk for 5min.(if travelling by car)

We took eggs, jam and butter for the breakfast and made plain paranthas and dry sabji for the dinner along with biryani.

Actually,if u r going for 2-3 days everything will stay, just keep it in the ice box on ur way..and then in the ref. in ur cottage.

Be Happy and Enjoy!

hi
My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. The reason why ur baby' s leg is shivering may be this. Plz contact ur doc and take necessary steps as soon as possible.... - Sahila Gupta [View Message]
Help for your sis in NJ
Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Breastfeeding support is also available.... - Sameera [View Message]

Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
