Can any one give me the recipe for veg fried rice please? thank u.

ACTUALLY AJINIMOTO(MSG)IS USED TO COOK VEGIES QUICKLY AS THEY DONOT LOOSE COLOUR AND REMAIN CRISP. BUT!!!!!! IT IS VERY BAD FOR HEALTH.SO IF POSSIBLE DONOT USE IT.

Ingredients Method

1. 2 cups Cooked Rice
2. 1 cup finely chopped spring onions.
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage.
4. 1/2 cup finely chopped green beans.
5. 1/2 cup finely chopped big capsicums.
6. 1/2 cup finely long cut onion.
7. 2 tsp finely chopped ginger, garlic & Chilies or paste.
8. 3-tsp Soya sauce & 1 tsp Chili sauce.
9. 3 tsp Oil.
10.SALT


1. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
2.

Put chopped Ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil.
3.

Put chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins.
4.

Put all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins.
5.

Put 1 spoon of Soya sauce & 1 spoon of Chili sauce & stir.
6.

After 5 mins put cooked rice in the pan and add salt & stir nicely.
7.

Then put remaining 2 spoon of Soya sauce & stir properly, mix it properly.
8.

Put 1/2 spoon oil from side & stir nicely.
9.

Then put finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice & stir little bit.

Hot spicy Chinese fried rice is ready to serve....
