Health Issues:regular exercise helps

I have a moderate sweet tooth. Though I have a moderate sugar addiction, I make it sure that I keep it in control. If anyone serves me sweets, I take a small part of it. If someone offers laddoo as Prasad I request them to give me only the half part of it. Sweet foodstuffs are responsible for weight gain and obesity. I do regular exercise and on weekends I go for swimming. At the time of festivals like Ganesha Chaturthi or Diwali, I make sure that I do not eat too much. Sometimes it is hard to control cravings for sweet food after having lunch or dinner. We always store colas and ice-creams in our fridge. I liked the tip in the article that one should not store too many sweets at home.
