Hi All,
Howz everything going, I just wanted to ask all of you when are you planning to start shopping for the baby?
I am sooooo excited when I go to the store and see the section for the newly borns, but I stop myself from buying , because all the elderly people say that its too early for this.
Tell me what are ur plans and have u made a list of what all is required , if someone has , pls give me the details also.
Bye,
Natasha

I am new to this site but read some messages posted and found them very informative and also exciting.

I dont feel it is too early to do minimum shopping for the baby. From 7th month, it will be difficult to carry ourselves as the weight gain will increase drastically. So we need to atleast pack our minimum items before delivery. These can iclude
- cotton
- nappies /diapers
- plastic sheet
- towels
- small thin mattress

Later on the list can be expanded to include
- bottles (milk/ hotwater etc.)
- stoller
- bottle sterilizer
- mosquitonet
- crib/ cot bed
- car seat
- baby tub / sheet for bath
- baby soap /oil/cream/powder

hi,
has any one of you started doing this shopping? If yes, suggest the shops where you got this stuff from in Bangalore.
Good Luck and happy shopping...
