My name is Suba.Even i had lost my baby @ 5 months last year.It's been more than a year now.We are planning for a little one again this month.Hope to join you guys soon.I just wanted to know this...Pl don't mind.You have mentioned that you are not travelling to India this time...that means...Have u travelled to India when u were pregnant?The reason i ask is even i went to India when i was pregnant.And had complications and lost the baby...I am very happy to see that you are pregnant and having a healthy baby.My heartiest congratulations to you and your husband.Wish i could also join you soon!!!!!!.......After reading ur message i feel very confident that i can get pregnant soon......

Traveled to India

Hi Suba,
I traveled to India in my first pregnancy, early in second trimester, but travel didn't make any difference. We lost our baby as it was not developed properly and I was on a risk too. But yes, somethimes I think If i were in US may be there would have been any other treatment or any other way to save the baby. But my husband thinks it was inevitable.
Anyhow, I am pregnant again and trying to avoid India travel just as a precaution.
We waited almost one year before even trying again. I was so devastated and scared and was not at all ready for pregnancy. But when we felt it was right time, we tried. We got pregnant in just second cycle of trying:-)
I am sure you will also join us soon. Miscarriages don't affect the capability of being pregnant in most cases. If you have a good doctor and are taking care of your health, there is nothing to worry or fear about.

As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
