Hi moms,

My 3 months old baby having constipation.He is on both bm and formula.Can I give raisins juice,I mean raisins boiled in water and that water.I read so many post regarding this in this forum.But still to reconfirm it.
Please advice me soon,I am worried.

for water try to give him some flavour water, like while boiling water put 5 seeds of sauf in 50 ml water as it only should be hint of falour or another is put 2 or 3 seeds of black cardomon, once boiled let it cool (luke warm) n seive the seeds when my son had constipation he was 4 weeks old n was not ready to drink water so i gave him some flavoured one then.i was told by My HV that i can offer 100ml water a day but then at 3 months there tummys r so small that they wont be drinling milk if they r full with water. as far as i remmember i only use to give my son 20 ml a day. n till this day he loves to drink water then juice. mandeep replied. hiya n
only luke warm water is best to deal with baby constipation as ur LO is only 3 months old, with that you can do gental massage on your baby tummy in clockwise motion this really helps towards constipation. mine lo was also both on formula and BF n was constipated so i asked my health visitor n she reccomended this.hope this is of any help.
