Hi! gals,
Just got back from NST and doc appointment..all looks well..in my 37th week now...
Today in the morning when I went to go pee, I had a gelatinous mucous discharge that was brownish..my doc said that is just a sign of cervix softening and maybe mucus plug...but doesn't signify how closelabor is!
Also she does ultrasound every week to check fluid levels..they look good, today baby was moving all over..also saw her breathing thru her ribs moving...my 6yr. old went with me today and was soo excited to see the little ones arms, legs tummy ..she is currently making Welcome home signs for the baby.
How is everyone doing....does ur doc do internal exams now..mine doesn't, so just wanted to check!
Take care
Bhavna

Hi Bhavna,
Nice to know your little one is doing great & you too. I find it amazing .. Inspite of all the progress in technology no one can tell when a women will go in labor. Me being a first time mom have a lot of anxiety as to when my baby is goig to arrive..& the suspense is really killing.. Everytime i pee i keep cheking..
hey my doc does internal exam now everytime. This is my 37th week.
Keep us posted & take care

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
