Arjun was perfelctly fine while teething, only some minor irritation for couple of days. His teeth came pretty fast, out in couple of days. He got his lower two by now, and should be getting upper two soon. I don't think you should worry, every baby develops differently and reacts to pain differently.
For the stomach upset, I don't think its caused by teething, try giving her foods which has more iron as that would help.

at the end of the day, she completes 1 whole apple, in ne of her meals, and 1/2 to 3/4th banana in ne of her meals !
dr said her diarea is coz of that. apple has made some difference i would say bt not much ! she still has it 8-9 times a day. asked dr, got her checkup done, actually coz was concerning me. but dr too came to same point.
i and my brother had alot of diareaa when we were teething,,as one of the member said, it might be hereditary..was wondering that would that b the reason !!!
not sure, though, then my dh didnt have ne diarea.,, :)
all confusion goin on in my mind :).
