Hi Archie & all,
THanks a lot for all your help till now.I was going thru some of your previous msgs & you had suggested few things for easy labor. SHould everyone be following these things or only those who are overdue should follow this? I am listing those. Can you please confirm if these are correct & answer some queries i have mentioned below.
Also add if there are any other things we need to do.

1. Drink raspberry tea
question for archie- How many times a day & how many days before EDD do we start.

2. Drink milk with ghee
question for archie- how much ghee, How many times a day & how many days before EDD do we start

3.Go for long walks
question for archie- How long do we walk,
How many times a day & how many days before EDD do we start
4.Intercourse
question for archie- how many days before EDD do we start.

Meghana,
These tips are good after 36 weeks completion and anyone can follow not that only overdue.

1. Drink raspberry tea
question for archie- How many times a day & how many days before EDD do we start.
Answer: two to three times a day once your baby is full term.

2. Drink milk with ghee
question for archie- how much ghee, How many times a day & how many days before EDD do we start

Answer: one teaspoon in a glass of warm milk.

3.Go for long walks
question for archie- How long do we walk,
How many times a day & how many days before EDD do we start

Answer: as long as you can take without hurting or getting into trouble. Say 2-3 miles per day, breaking it how many times is individual.

4.Intercourse
question for archie- how many days before EDD do we start.
Answer: you could choose depending on cervix progress, if none then start in or around end of 38th week.

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine.
