Hi all
My kid is 1.8yrs old.He is suffering from atopic dermatitis from his 2nd month.For past 2 months it is very acute,he has rashes all over his body and it itches like hell :( we have been using tropicsl steroids(ointments) and antibiotics for infection for a long time.Caz of steroids his skin is very thin and breaks very easily and We have stopped the same now.giving oil bath everyday with cetaphil lotion as cleanser,not using any moisturiser using liquid paraffin after bath.
If any body knows any home remedy or used any creams on their kid which cured atopic dermatitis before they are 3yrs please let me know.
Docs says it will be cured by the time h

Hello Aditi,

Before doing any home remedy. Instead of Allopathy...go for Homeopathy...Eczema is a chronic disease & chronic disease can be only cured with Homeopathy.

hi...my son how is 17 months has had atopic ezcema from 6 weeks onwards...i use kailash jeevan on him after bathing to stopt he itching and then moistruise his skin with epaderm or double base cream it works for him. he has stopped itching at night and is alot more comfortable

I had a similar query a few months ago concerning eczema occuring in toddlers. As far as I know, it can be due to a varrying number of factors and common foods that end up causing the condition in 1-2 year old toddlers.
