hi all..
now a days i m facing problem of heaviness in my tummy...i feel too heavy all the day...i dont have any problem of constipation bu y this prob occur i dont know.is this is symptoms of TWINS?
pls help.....

Hey i feel heavy too. All i did was to eat lesser than i used to earlier. Dont take milk and other gassy stuff in the night. It nakes you feel more bloated. Just avoid all the indian lentils that cause gas. I am avoiding tur dal as of now. Also stuff like Aloo or chana etc.
I guess experimenting with food might help. Give it a shot.

I feel that you are just bloated...but it is better to take your doctors advice.try taking tums and see if there is any relief.
