Iam in the second trimester.It is 14 weeks now
What kind of excersices can be done during this course?Please let me know

I am walking daily for 30-45min in the evening. Archie and others on this board can guide u more.

Before taking up any form of exercise consult ur doc.

hi dear , i'm junior to u..... actually i don't what should i say but i would like to know how was ur first trimeter as i'm running my 13th week now
i'm very curious to no what next.... actually don't have anyone with except my hubby ..... as this is my first baby i'm very curious to know..... june 6th is my first trimester aneuploidy screen.... so i want to know what they'll see in this screen .... i'm sure u'll be knowing as u already past this stage.....
