Hi. My son is 11 months old and he is still not able to stand up on his own using support. Babies normally start standing/walking at this age. Is that a major cause of concern?

Do not worry for this, My son started walking only in his 13 th month...that too not confidently. Now he is perfect and walking very steadily...

One of neighbour' s kid started walking 8th moth itself. But she was falling down till her 13 to 14 th motnh while walking.
Within few days after my son started walking, he walked in a confidential way. I am not here comparing with the kids. But each ones milestone is different.
But I feel you do not need to worry at this stage.
Probably you can make him stand for few min. and aftter some days u can make him to run between 2 persons.that way u can make them get practised. this is jsut a try ..but def they will sttart walking on their own pace .

hi,
my baby is 16 months old and she doesn´ t walk till nw. she stands for a few sec and then crash down. i consulted my doctor regarding her health,but as per her my baby is healthy.
evry one talks abt it. i´ m really vry upset with this.she is bit thin, but vry active.
i need some support :-(
