even i personaly feel it depends upon the child maturity.iam also planning to put my son at the age of 2,i have seen kids really improving their social skills and language skills.my son love being with other children

My daughter started going to school at the age of 2 yrs and 4 months to a playschool called small world.The changes and positive signs I saw in her were so good that I think kids should go to a playschool from the age of 2 onwards.Her language skills have also improved very much.

It depends on the childs personality. i am primarily sending my 2 yr old to playschool because she loves being with other kids.

I am a mother of child about to turn two. I dont think my child is ready for the playschool experience. I feel he is too young to travel in a vehicle along with other kids. He cannot take care of himself.

Subject:  it is okay for some mingling around



Children should be allowed to mingle with each other. And playschool is just a pretext to get children together. I think after a child becomes expressive and volatile, he or she can attend a playschool for sometime. Just that there should be no strict regulations in such playgroups. It should totally fun-based.

i spoke to my aunt who is a teacher ,she said that the new theory is to send kids to playschool as early as possible,some schools have a special class for 2 year olds to attend fun classes along with their moms.
