Hi Rids,
How u doing? How r your sugar readings going? You said the doc might induce u early any change in that? I'm kind of worried abt this thinking what happens to me? But doc didn't told me anything so hoping for best for the baby. I increased 7.5kgs till now I don't know abt the baby weight last US they did at 18weeks . I'm thinking next check up she might tell me to go for another US.
First three weeks it was hard to keep the diet and sugar readings but after that I distributed the same lunch amt to 2 times (fruit after 1&1/2 hour ) then the readings are good . I'm happy and hoping goes well.
I wish you the same with you all!
Best of luck!

hi susmitha,

Im doing fine. Sugar readings r in control. Yesterday i saw my gynac and he said that usually for patients with high sugar they do not wait more than 38 weeks. Upon completing the 37th week they induce labour.

I had my NST yesterday which is normal but he will go ahead and induce labour in 38th week because my baby weight is on higher side. It is already 7 pounds and will add more in the coming 10-15 days. I have put on toal 10 kgs.

Though ive been having a controlled diet and exercising everyday, my weight is gng on adding up. It doesnt show much on me, but the baby is big! So i feel im leaving everyhting to the doc and will let him decide whatever is best for my baby. Mostly he will induce me between 28th nov and 3rd dec.

Good luck to you and take care.

Love
Rids

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
