Hi all,
I took the flu shot when I'm 32weeks pregnant. I confirmed with my doc and she told me to take.(I had to decide that time because my hubby already had flu at that time)
I asked the nurse also and she said its ok to take and they are suggesting even in the first trimester. About the mercury content accd to 2004 reaserch its not proved mercury content injection 'll effect the baby even so if u r in dbt u can ask for non-mercury content injection.
They told after shot I might get slight fever but I didn't get. So this is from my side abt flu even then its better to ask doc to confirm.

i am also in 34 weeks.in dubai my dr has not suggested yet flu shots as well fr hepatitis B vaccine.i dnt remember tkg them in indiafr my first 2 deliveries.but in the cmg week i will be going to my dr i will ask and will let u kn.

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine.
