Due Date Club December 2005:my update

Hi! All is well at my end.had a brief scare yesterday when the NST picked some regular contractions but they fizzled out after 30 min...had lower abdominal pain until bedtime last night but all well by morning. The doc did internal exam..no dilation yet. Today I had a detailed ultrasound..the baby weighs about 6.5 lbs and due date seems to be 12th dec..earlier it was 15th dec...but I guess that is not a big difference. The baby is already head down and way down...so I am having trouble walking...blood sugars under control with insulin.

Your & my due dates are very near.My baby too is head down but not yet engaged. I am having little troubles walking but i dont think its too low.
Nice to know ur blood sugars under control. Keep walking & taking ur medicines

great u r fine. still a bit mre to go.not bad i think since fr u its less than a month.
u tke cre.
6.5 lbs is good wt as there are good 4 weeks to go and the baby will gain wt.
but u tke cre.also decide wisely if the baby is big sized (my older one was 4.75kg )and after delivery i had a cervical tear and had minor internal surgery since i had opted fr vaginal delivry and my dr didnt guide me.
i am not scaring u and i could be wrong as i dont kn how much mre the baby will gain wtin the next 4 weeks.but ive burnt my fingers so kn by experience what it is.
