hi, drinking milk before going to bed is a good habit. even my daughter has it but drinking milk in between her sleep is bad for her teeth now. give her a heavy dinner it should be full to the brim. before putting her bed give her 200 ml of milk. let her have her dinner early say 6.30 pm and by 9.30 pm give her the milk then bresh her teeth. by 10.00pm put her to sleep. everyday keep telling her it is not good to drink milk in between her sleep. and you stop it at once for a couple of week you will loss you sleep and she will make a issue out of it but you be firm that you will not give her milk any more & keep talking to her about it everyday. but see thro' that her stomach is full to the brim. all the best.

So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method.
