Hello,
Nandini, I have been checking all the posts but was too lazy to write anything. You are one of the many lucky moms to be able to see your baby early. I have read that it is ok to deliver after 36 weeks. Hope you are taking best rest as advised by your doc. It will be great if your little one is around to celebrate your 2nd son's birthday. Relax and don't stress yourself. Did you get a chance to speak to Shazia?
Pallavi, my scan is due for next week so I don't know whether there is going to be a change in my EDD. Will keep you posted for the Dec mom's list. As of now, it is 20th December. Hey, you will be able to hold your baby in another two weeks time. It will be so exciting. Did you finish your baby shopping?
Rids, only another 10 days to go for you :-). Have you decided the name of your baby? Take lots of rest 'coz you will be very busy after the delivery.
Siya, just read your message. Sorry to hear about your dad and hope he recovers soon. I believe stress is one of the causes for going into labour early. You have to think about the baby now. I hope your mom is by your side before the C section. Don't be sad and try to think positive. You have all our best wishes.
Bhavna, Even I tend to get very tired these days. I am so uncomfortable while sleeping, I get up atleast four to five times in the night to go to the loo. Will be going for my first NST tomorrow. The doc has not yet given me the flu shot, will check with her regarding the same.
Now for my update. I completed 35 weeks and have an appointment with the doc tomorrow. Last week I felt like the baby had dropped as there was a distinct change in my body silhouette. I was carrying high and felt like the tummy was going down. I called the doc and she asked me to come for a checkup. Turned out that everything was fine, only the baby had moved and was in head down position but not fixed. Hope she sends me for a scan this week. Can't wait to see my baby. Also want to check my placenta position, hope it has moved upwards.
Take care all of you.
Cheers,
Greeshma
