Hi!
This is a question regarding the visitor visa to USA. I was on a H4 visa and early this year I have been approved for a L2 visa(becoz my hubby moved from H1B to L1A). After the approval I have not travelled to India. So my passport still has H4 visa stamping only and not the L2. At the consulate when they ask my parents, what visa is your daughter/son-inlaw on? What do you suggest the answer should be? Should it be H4 and H1B OR L2 and L1A? Kindly let me know? Wondering if the systems are linked and if they say H4 the consulate may get to know that I am now approved for a L2........Worried and not sure what to say. Kindly let me know.

Hi sonu,
you are now on L2 visa so they have to tell the authorities that only.
Mine changed from L2 to H4 and even I didn't travel to India after that. But the records 'll be updated in IRS and they might give u the L2 petition papers and everything right? These forms u have to send to your parents and previous H1,H4 papers in case they want to see (particularly if they asked then only ).
So they have to tell u r on L1 & L2 visa.
My mother got visa and they didn't asked the previous papers but for safe sake we sent them the previous L!&L2 papers.
Hope this helps.
Good luck

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
