FYI: I went to Target yesterday cause I was craving for some salty, mini pretzels and looked around in the baby section.. they seem to have all the brands that BabiesRUs has (Avent (bottles, and manual pumps), J&J, BabyBjorn, Gerber, carters etc etc) except that the selection was a bit limited (not that I've been to babiesRus and know anything about their selection)...so for us who live far away from Union City and Dublin, we can always hop into the nearest target for any immediate baby needs..... cooooool :)

Target is closer for us too, so my first stop will be at Target this weekend before going to Babies R'Us.

Hey Vindhya, target surely will come in handy for buying little things that Priya mentioned..
For big things - car seat, crib etc etc.. we can hop into BabiesRUs

You're right ! We went Target shopping last week to get some stuff too...just socks,, caps, pants etc. BabiesR'US is definately far better, and I did visit the Union City one long ago, but like you said , it's sooooo far away! I guess that's the down-side of living in the city!

Yeah Priya, going to babiesrus requires us to set aside the whole day .traveling will take away close to 3 hours of our time... . I feel ya..I cant believe that they dont have more of these stores..
there was one in Oakland but that was when I didn't need to do any baby shopping..

I was so excited when I saw all the stuff at Target..
