Hi Girls,
Fairness is mainly due to the parents Genes. But still we can do somethings that our anscestors believed in.
After 3 months u can start having saffron soaked for an hour or so in Milk. Yes we need to eat atleast 10-15 almonds a day bcos that gives lot of protein, since I am vegetarian that is a must for me. Almond may be difficult to digest but start with 5 a day and increase slowly. Saffron is believed to increase the fairness. Just take 4-5 strands a day since it causes body heat. Its good to take milk, if not atleast eat curd, paneer and cheese. Thats what my doctor told. In severe m/s times he told me to jus have milk and milk products and thats enough for the baby. So Milk is that vital. Try to drink atleast flavoured milk or horlicks/complan etc.
Have fun in pregnancy.
Pinky
