Sorry for not replying earlier...didi and fmly left parso and have been really really depressed...parso se kaafi terrible migraine bhi ho raha hain...this is one thing my brain tumor has left behind for me...it was really bad yesterday..nothing to eat at home and couldnt cook too...plus Rishu is missing all the attention too so hasnt been leaving me at all...has become terribly clingy...anyway am feeling much better today though Rishu is still the same...am typing with him in my hand..
Maurni- even I got my chums this month for the first time and was totally shocked...was so weird to start wearing a pad all day..bas aadat hi chut gayi thi na...am sure you muct be cleaning as your mom is coming naa..hee hee remember yu telling me that she is a cleanliness freak! My house is in a complete mess after everyone left..havent been able to do anything coz of my migraine and Rishu...am feeling so lonely ki kya bolu..the house is feeling like a ghost town...
Komal- you been so nice abt posting msgs and keeping the board alive...thanks and much appreciated...I am a SAHM now and plan to go back to work when R is 8-9 months old..though dont know how I will manage leaving him alone as I am too attached to him..too attached for it to be positive actually...we had gone to Mohegason's with didi and all and wahan par ek day care hai for babies...wahan chodne mein hi meri jaan nikal gayi thi for 2-3 hrs..created a scene and fought with Puneet there and finally relented to leave him...I really have to start letting go...Puneet got very angry...well anyway we won $160 playing Blackjack :)
Vani , I know yu must be busy with yr nanad's shaadi and all. Sush, how is work...you are indeed lucky to have a cooperative beti and a coop auntie too...
Raj-since you are the only one who has started solids with Sid, I was wanting a step by step guide as to how I should start with solids...plan to start on July 1st...
Baaki sab theek hain...will keep posting mgs now..have to get over my didi's visit and come back to normalcy I guess.
Komal-dont worry abt yr job scene...I will train yu if yu want as I had a lot of struggle to find a job here as my desi credentials were not appreciated even though i was a Chartered acct in India...they used to ask my questions like is the excel in India the same as the excel in USA???!!!??? IDIOTS!!!

I started rice cereal for sid, mixing one tbsp cereal with 4-5 tbsp of cereal but after 2-3 days he didnot like it..so i started making it thick and mixed with water.I started giving him in th afternoons..Then i gave him green veggis like squash, sweet potatoes and carrots..then started the greens-green beans abd peas,he hates both..Now i give him fruits too..
I give him solids only twice a day(morning and afternoon) and nite he drinks formula..I give half bottle of veggis and 2 tbsp of rice-cereal in the afternoon..In the morning just rice cereal..
Sush has replied to one of the previous messages reg solids, and she has provided a step by step guide..thats very helpful..Man tho apni marzi se khilathi hoon, but thats what dr had actually asked me to do..:-D..hope this helps...

Good to know you had such a great time. I too have a feeling of my house being sunsaan without mom and dad.

I was thinking that probably I have forgotten how to make rotis, ofcourse the sabzis that I am cooking are feeling preety tasteless.
Do upload recent pics, I have seen Rishu's newborn pics only.

Good to hear from you.We were all missing you . And thanks for the offer for training me...i somehow feel so much better after reading everyone's post.. becoz hubby is after me ki you have to do something in life..ghar baithne se kuch nahin hoga,etc,etc...
Wow you guys won $160. Congrats ..that's a lot..I remember how happy i was to win 20 bucks inLAs vegas(although i had played for much more than that:) )..
Aur Rishu ki latest snaps post karna..can't believe these children are going to be 6 months old..lagta hai jaise abhi toh hum sab pregnant the.

I know how tough it must be with your migraine..i too get it sometimes so i know that staying hungry aggravates it...so please try to keep munching something..aur kuch nahin toh ek glass juice ya milk pee liya karo.
Take care and take your own time to get out of the hangover of didi's visit...I'm sure you must have had a great time..send some snaps of that too.

Komal maurni replied. So nice to hear from you. I can imagine what it must be like after everyone's gone. My mom is not even here yet and I am already dreading her leaving!!! At least my brother will be here longer so that should soften the blow a bit.
You are so right. I have been cleaning this whole week. Don't know why I bother. She's going to start doing it when she gets here anyway... Oh well... Bharat claims it's a psychological thing for me and I am sure he's right.
I, too, had completely forgotten what it was like to have 'Aunt-Flow' visit. I counted that it was 16 months since I last dealt with it. What a surprise...
I am going to be starting Vrisa on solids soon, too. Dekhte hain kya hota hain...
You look after yourself and try and get out for some distractions and fresh air with the little one. It will do you both a world of good.
