Not Planning a Baby:afraid of getting Pregnant

Name: hoping to be a mom Hi all
Am 27 years old, and been married to 3 years.
I want to get pregnant. and i keep reading about how to take care during pregnancy. and taking care on infants, also about Pre-conception things. I ve got pre-conception tests done on me.
But when it comes to trying to conceive i become all tensed up and then it stars hurting.
I dont know how to stop worrying. am really afraid to discuss this issue with my Husband. although he is very caring and understanding.

Hey, I think you should try to talk to your husband since you people are life partners and its very much necessary to be open to each other. It is very easy to be cold feet for stuff like these but If you really wanna start your family consult a doctor and plan it properly . Relax your body . Try some yoga and meditation which will actually help you a lot. and then you talk to him about it.

The truth and the fact. The only way to fight FEAR is to FACE it. Nobody in this world can help you. Only you can help over come this.

Now how do you overcome this. I would suggest you attend a pregnancy class and that should answers all your questions and fears. You will be well informed as to what to expect and what not to expect. This should really relax you.

Probably the mommy' s here can give their thought. Being a guy my opinion would not be taken seriously here in this topic. This is how my spouse overcame here fear and anxiety.

Look around, the dogs do it and so does the cats and the other animals. Look at the people on the streets and they also do it and bear healthy children. So soon to be Mommy its not a great deal is all what I want you to know. So don' t panic and be bold.

Hey, I think you should try to talk to your husband since you people are life partners and its very much necessary to be open to each other. The truth and the fact. The only way to fight FEAR is to FACE it. Nobody in this world can help you. Only you can help over come this.

Yeah, This is another solution but i would actually suggest to first try to conceive by relaxing your body with meditation and then definitely consult a doctor Only a doctor can tell you about how ready your body is to handle all this and the plan your family accordingly.
