I delivered my second child baby boy in May born in 36th Week. He is Low weight by birth weighed 2 KGs only. Though he has caught up now and now is around 3 Kgs since past month and few more days.
I had been breastfeeding sometime exclusively and supplimenting whenever felt like once a day with Lactogen. Has anyone is such situation ? Which brand you are using for this ?

Another now after one and half months, I have to start looking after house, my elder kid etc all.

Any tips ? Can I start cows milk or continue with infant formula. I somehow feel am not sure if I can breastfeed now as its very exhausting.

It is possible that the breast m ilk is not sufficient for the kid. in that case supplements must be checked with doter before providing . So make sure you check that out. The health is most important and also you need to know that the nutritions provided now is very very important
Happy Parenting kj replied. may be ur breast milk is not enough for the baby you should give him supplements once in a day everyday. it may help. and u can use cow milk. there is nothing harm in it it is better than the powdered milk.
me used not to get breast milk when i given birth to my child so i used to give him cow milk only but make sure you give it with proper boiled milk.
