u shudnt stretch ur arm up and try to reach for something placed high on a shelf. sometimes, baby' s cord can get around the neck due to this.

how r u doing? its good u' re not having nausea (touchwood!)..ya..most probably u won' t get it now. my nausea has gone down slightly now that i' ve completed 13 wks. so hopefully it' ll be gone soon :)
i have an appt with my doc on 12th..am going to ask her abt mama protinex then.

have u told any friends the good news yet? i' ve just started to tell some close friends now. and will go shopping this wknd for pants :)

hello rakhi,
I´ m doing great:-).How about u?Yes ur nausea will be gone soon.I dont think so nausea will be frequent in the second trimester.

So u have an appointment on 12th?There,how frequently the doctors call u for check up?Just wanted to know.My doc here has called me on 29th,which is 6weeks gap 4m my last appointment.

Yup,The day I came to know I´ m pregnant(ie first day of my missed period,n then I was just 4 weeks)I told my inlaws n parents..Since they were asking me 4m long,when r u going to give us the gud news?n obviously they deserve to know.But they announced it to the whole world:-)now all my realtives know.Friends I´ ve just told them 2 days back..If I tell them late,they surely r gona get cross at me,so I did tell:-)

hmm,I´ ve to go for shopping,(yeah I luv it)after 2 weeks,coz then I´ ll complete my 1st trimester.Now atleast I´ m fitting in sum of my Large clothes.But yes,I´ ve already started shopping for my lil baby:-)

anyways all the best for ur 12th.Do tell me what did doc say?n yes,keep writing,take care till then.

Thanks for sharing this \" Dont\" with us.I normally tend to open the shelves stretching my hands,now that I know,I shdnt do it,I' ll surely follow.Thanks again for letting us know.

So did u ask ur doc abt mama protinex?r u taking it?Howsz ur nausea now?I' m doing great,still no symptoms of nausea,n now I dont think so I' ll get it ever..
