Diet and Exercise:exercise during planning

We are planning to have a baby. Is it advisable to continue with jogging and doing stomach crunches now? Which is the right time to stop? I am worried if this will stop me from conceiving. I would appreciate your advice.

I did not know I was pregnant till 5 weeks and I was doing all the exercises. The doctor asked me to continue this until my 12 weeks and after which asked me to stop doing anything lying on my back, weights and stomach exercise . I was encouraged to walk and do a lot of thigh exercises

i am in my 19th week.before conciving i used to do all type of excercises.i got concived and doctor asked me to continue the same but she asked my to take lots of water and stop stomach crunches once u get concived.all the best.
