ban bunking

i feel its the governments responsibilty not ours to stop bunking... schools should have standards when it comes to bunking... shouldn' t they be the ones to make sure children dont bunk? how can parents tkae the blame for evrything??? i pay a bomb for my daughter' s schooling and if i find out she bunks i' m going to really blame it on the school becoz it IS THEIR FAULT. schools should give counselling, not me.

i dont think bunking is necessarily a bad thing. i dont think it always is a bad thing. i remember the bunking days from school, i studied in goa, and we' d go and sit by the sea, all of us friends, and we' d spend a lot of special moments together. i feel it was a good unwind time for us because school got really strenuous by the 9th and 10th standard... :)

agreed yaar

those bunking days were the best of my life... but i dont think i want to see my son bunk school, i will drag him back to school!!! I feel it is subjective, some people are more responsible, other kids take up smoking and drinking and drugs, there were so many druggies and junkies behind school... i dont know, though bunking is a lot of fun and mandatory for kids, it completely depends on the childs mindeset...
