Hi Priya and preeti,
Good to know about you and your little ones. My little one is doing fine. I started solids for him when he wa 4 months. I started with rice cereal and every week I am introducing one vegetable. Right now he has tasted carrot and beans. I guess he likes it. I give him rice cereal in the afternoon and one vegetable in the morning and rest of the day formula and BM. He is trying to roll over and exploring the world. We are exploring with him too. Take care and my love to your little ones. Priya I am not able to view Dylan's picture.

I am fine baby is doing well too. Dylan eats rice cereal and i will intoduce otameal next naybe after a week or two you shoukld be able to acees the shutterfly site

good to hear from you after long silence..n knowing urs son update .its gud he is liking green beans otherwise i've heard that most kids dislike it..well for me i'm only giving him rice cereal once in evening ..will introduce another cereal in 1-2 days i'm taking it quite slow.. now a days he has lessen drinking milk ..he hardly drinks for 10 mins ..n he need feeding every max( 2 )hrs gap what abt urs son? hows urs health doing?i'm thinking of going to Inida too in jan lets c.what abt u?

well..wow i've named my son Advait only..i wasnt aware of the fact urs son is also advait ..u know in India ppl found it difficult to pronunce n dint liked the name said never have heard this type of name:(..but now i'm happy to hear that one more advait is there n the name is not that uncommon .Whoa! yaar i think i'm only lacking behind in matter of introducing solid my son is gona 5th this 12th n still i'm only giving him rice cereal ..i'll introduce dall too lets c when?rest gud take care n love to advait.

Hi,
Nice to read everyone kids update, I found it more or less same. I also started rice cerelac to Advait from 4month but noticed he didn't like much. Since last 2 days, he cry whenever I give him so I had to stoped in middle. But he hava banana, ornages with lot of interest. Morning I made Turri (Haluwa kind) with all dry fruits for my parents and yesterday I have given little to Advait and he liked it so much, I started with one spoon today giving him that turri.

Sometime we give him dal and potato but nothing specific. Infact when I read on this board that mothers are doing so much for their kid being able to follow some diet schedule etc.. I feel guilty that due to my professional and personal responsbilities not able to give full attension to my baby.

But whatever Adviat is doing well and thats only satisfaction I get end of the day.

As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
