my baby is 9months +. Her weight has not increased in past few months. her wt. is 7.7 kgs. my problem is:
1. she is not eating anything. she doesnt respond to anything like cerelac or khichdi or daliya. i have tried different different things but she just closes her mouth and doesnt eat anything.She just takes bottle {lactogen 2 or cow' s milk). I would like to know how can i make her eat food?
2. She catches cold and cough very soon. since december, she got it 3-4 times. She crawls and at times it gets difficult to make her sit at one place. she cries a lot if we dont let her be on floor when she wants.i am working mother so it gets very difficult for me.

I am also having the same problem,My daugher is 8 1/2 mths old an weighs only 7.1kg.She also doen' t wanna eat anything,khichdi or dal or daliya whatever.SHE Closes her mouth and jst cries like hell.I am also worried.I can understand ur situation very well.I am also working.

Try to give her things in small quantity.Don' t force much.

when we start with solids to babies, we have to keep them hungry for little time.when she ask u for the food , let her cry for some time like 5 minutes then only give her the food, she will eat fast. & one more thing when babies start with solids they eat less, like my daughter she also of 9 months , she takes formula at 6:30 am then mashed fruits at 8:30 or 9:00 am . then directly she takes her lunch like rice- dal or roti & dal with veggies at 12:30 or 1:00 pm. then she needs little formula like 30 ml at 1:30 or 2:00 pm when she goes for sleep. she takes some fruit or formula at 4:00pm or 5:00 pm. & then i give her dinner at 8:30 pm.
so some babaies can not follow the schedule like my baby. & when we have some sickness we also feel like not to eat anything so babaies can also feel like that. dont force baby to eat & just take care about the growth.
i hope this idea will work out with ur baby also.

For cold and cough now she is in nine mnths may be she is getting her teeths so give her homeopathic for teething and cold also.
