dear Rashmi u gave advice for loosing weight but i want opposite. I want to gain weight and for that i am trying since long but still no result. Plz help me what to do to gain good weight? I consulted doctor if i had problem with body but there was not any problem with body, than also dont know i am unable to gain 1 kg more also.
plz help me

My advice was more for leading a healthy life. I feel if you follow the same principles you can gain healthy weight also. I would say the same things to you also:
1) Drink plenty of water
2) Eat atleast 3-5 servings of fruit a day
3) Eat plenty of vegetables, atleast 3-4 servings of veggies
4) Have a balanced diet of protiens, carbs, fats, etc. You get your proteins through dal, rajma, chole, panneer, milk, curd. You get your carbs through roti, rice, bread, etc.
5) Excercise. You can walk, do yoga or do some strength training. Excercise helps build bones and muscle which contribute to weight.

If inspite of doing all this you are underweight and feel tired and lethargic then you need to see a doctor and get some tests done. there might be some problem.
