Two days back i passed a coin size maroonish brown color clot and little spotting.I thought iam getting my period.I did not get any discharge after that though iam feeling a little sick like nausea,tiredness and bodyache.Iam exclusively breastfeeding Abhi.As i mentioned earlier only when we go out i give him expressed breast milk or 2 ounces of formula.I have not started giving him solids.Around the day discharge Abhi became cranky at feedings.He would sometimes act as if he is not satisfied,at many times he will start feeding and start crying(this has happened before and doctor said its due to reflux and he is on zantac).Also past two days he is not able to sleep at night and starts crying every two hours.so he is sleeping next to me and i start feeding him when he starts moving restless.Just to check out how milk supply is i tried pumping after a missed feeding on left breast.i got just one ounce.But abhi did feed on right breast and left was not fed and time was midnight.abhi had stopped feeding from 10pm to 6 amsince july end.
Adding to all this iam feeling extremely tired as if no energy at all.usually ican lift the car seat with abhi in to put him car.Iam not able to do it without using all energy.
With Arjuns pregnancy my periods started at 4 and half months.That time i just started him on rice cereal and a 4 ounce formula everyday.I did notice Arjun slimming down after his 4 months.

I guess u shd consult ur doc, as even i had blood clots when ruhaan was 3 mnth old.I spoke 2 my doc, she said mayb u r gonna get ur periods wait 4 some days n then c.but i didnt get my periods or such n even i never got such signs ever since. sudha reema replied. well tierdness can b well understood managing 2 kids and a house is no big deal at times i too get so tierd im unable to sleep at night and i get nightmares...

i question did u try having intercourse some time back because it is said after a deliv spcly vaginal the area becomes dry and lubrication is less initially and if during the act cervix gets hit once it gets bruised ... it happened to me when we 1st tried after Ishaan s birth ..
also it may also b signal that period may start soon but i have no such signal still now on and off my mucucs turns stretchy and thats it...
also i too suport poonam consult ur doc once because if it is after birth remains it will have a smell and some more will come out..
but otherwise dont worry babies have their moods ..ups and dwns its just they r a bit bugged up lying dwn..:)

no idea about this but yes once when i was BF Rishon that time even i noticed Blood clot..& later even i was feeling tired but after 2-3 days i was fine...about expressing milk if your milk supply is good 2 oz can be filled within 5-6 mins.I think you should spk to doctor about all this & keep a watch on ur milk supply.Bit orthodox but my Mil use to do some Nazar Utarana..whenever Rishon use to get cranky while feeding.
