Hi,
I am very new to this forum...I already got one IUI and since I will be relocating back to Chennai, planning to continue my treatment there...I was shocked to see that in the clinics there ask to go through all previous tests once more....its just wastage of money....any good clinic in Chennai where the stuff are cooperative and success rates good??.....anybody had any experience with Apollo hospitals IVF clinic???...

There are quite a few centres but I would reccomend G.G.Hospital.It depends as to when your doctor requests tests to be repeated.If your tests are more than 1 year old they may have to be repeated depending on what they are-blood tests,laparoscopy or analysis.There is cycle to cycle variation of hormone levels hence it may be neccessary to repeat some.I am able to tell so much because I have been educated with a lot of material.I was successful in my 4 th attempt at IUI and conceieved twins which got reduced to a singleton.I delivered last month.Thanks to the best one in town-Dr.Kamala Selvaraj. I am currently in chennai and getting treatment in Apollo, planning to go for IUI here next cycle.

-anju Prakasavathy replied. dear friend you can try in MMM chennai to Dr. Thankam Varma who is the director of instute of reproductive medicine. u need not take again the test there u can proceed with ur prior test results itself. Have a good luck
