hai
my baby is three months old.she used to nurse on one breast.suddenly she stopped in the second month.iam expreesing my milk and giving her in the bottle.suddenly my milk stopped.and iam getting only 2 ounces.can anyone please suggest me how to boost more milk supply.

you have to latch her on as much as you can and that will help you oh, don't do it when she is really hungary because at first nothing will come out and she might get frustrated do it when she is in a good mood and just keep it up

Eat lot of Garlic, small onions and Fenugreek. Also you can try Fenugreek Tablets.

Hi Lakshmi,

u can eat bajra roti with methi subzi. Also u can have methi or dink ladoos. Plus have halim pej which will be very useful to you for low milk supply.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
