We go to other room and try to be very firm. After 5-10 minutes she automatically cools down and starts asking about our decision. At this time, we try to explain her not to shout on elders etc etc. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not. About shouting in front of outsiders, sometimes we ignore, sometimes we try to listen to her or one of us just takes her away from that environment and changes the topic.
