Even my doc told will start solid for advika in 4 - 6 month... after consulting her...

Hey poonam you said not to use bottle for juice any specific reason I was thinking bottle will be good for juice....

Even I am planning to start solids like Rice cerelac & fruit purees...as I feel Rishon really need change in his diet..as he doesnt show any interest drinking milk while once when i tried banana puree he was eating it happily..I spoke to doc she said make water type puree..i mean with fruits you can add boiled water or breast milk & then feed..but never use bottles for any solid food or juice..always feed by spoon.Ya even Rishon stares at me when I eat food... sudha reema replied. my doc has asked me nt to start any solids before 6mnths ...and try to avoid cerelan and stuffs ...they r high in glucose and babies tend to reject real food ....

Arjun started solids at 4 months with Nestle carnations rice cereal(as per doctor).With Abhi doctor said at 2 months visit that she will tell us at 4 month visit about starting solids.usually u start solids between 4 and 6 months.Babies show readiness to starting solid when they stare at ur plate when u r more,more worse show a tantrum when u r eating(my Abhi does that),Surprisingly not even once Arjun did that.He was least interested in his food and our food even now.Babies have a reflux of spitting out when we give solids,that reflux goes by 4 months.Its best to ask ur doctor when u start. vini replied. hi archana,
well ruhaan is going 2 start 6mnths in few days.I started him rice water(while rice is cooking just take out some water)in same way dal water, i use to give him a peace of apple or carrot etc while is playing he use 2 suck it n try to bit, in that way he came 2 know the taste of it

As my doc told me as i m at home only n left job 4 him so give him all real things.Cerelac wont give that much vitamins which these can give
So u may try it too
