Hi
My son is 2.75 years old. He does not make proper eye contact when we speak with him. He tries to sing a song when after we sung a song. when we ask him to do bye means he will wave his hands. sometimes when we call him by his name, he will not turn. sometimes he will turn and look;
Now he is going to montessori school, there 1 teacher for 1 kid. somewhat improvement is there.
We r actually tamilans, now we r in kolkata, two months back we came here.
who is the best speech therapist in kolkata? can anybody give advice.pls.

Dr. Jai Ram is a psychiatrist. He´ ll check if your son has any symptoms of Autism, etc.

For my son, we went to Dr. Anjan (he´ s a pediatrician at the same hospital), but all that he is interested is in money. In the name of tests, and counseling he extracted money from us like water for close to 1 month.

His other team members (speech therapist Dr. Mainak for example) are even more rip-off and cheats. Actually, you pay money to see him, but and he will treat you as if he is doing a favor by agreeing to meet.

If possible avoid Apollo altogether, travel to NIMHANS (Bangalore) instead. It would be worth the effort.

Our 28 months old boy is not speaking simple 2 or 3 word sentences yet. He speaks a few words such as mama, papa, aunty etc but definitely not more than 10. Shoranur kerala samajam Ayurveda hospital review

My son is less than 4 and has been diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. He is non-verbal. We are taking him for OT and ABA/speech therapy.
