i just stumbled into this forum,
would like to make GUD friends from chennai,i have 2 growing up grls.i am a simple witty person who would like to meet single parents,to shre views n help each other.

Hi..this is srini from india want to become your friend shagunbansal replied. i am mother of a two year old. my husband has been highly influenced by a spiritual guru. he wants to settle in the ashram or the nearest place. he does not feel for me or our daughter. with great difficulty,also sacrificing my career, i moved him further from that place, but his heart is their only. he is not happy and goes back frequently. he is not involved in the family events, daughter's b'day. all household responsibilities are left to me although i am working part time. he doesn't feel like spending time with me or the kid and gets irritated . most of the times he is sad and thinking about his guru only. i have already spent three years trying to get his attention focussed on the family, but it doesn't seem to be working. if i try to talk, he either creates a scene or says pointblank that his first priority is his guru only.i don't know whether i should continue this marriage or not? got into this forum in a search for single parenting associations. i guess informal discussions like these give lot more insights than the structured counselling .

Hi I am positive writing from Delhi. I am 35, divorced, have a 6 yr old daughter and am bringing her up alone. I would definitely be interested in making friends with you. I am basically from chennai (tamil) only, but living in delhi since childhood.
