Dear friends,

Sorry for the late reply.
As i told earlier, hari didn't troubled me that much. But the earpain, poor child he suffered lot.Pls try to make the baby sleep during take off and landing times.I had to enter 3 flights altogether and in the airports i had to wait 4 hrs.At that time i tried to give him formula. But he didn't took that much as he didn't like to take from bottles. The avent bottle nipple is very hard. And i bought the laytex natural one.Now i give him in that one and he likes it.

I got a bassinet and it is firstcome first serve policy.so try to be there earlier and make sure of bassinet.Hari slept so much in the bassinet.

And the toilets.I used the changing pad everywhere at first i wiped the counter where baby touches.pls take thehandsanitizer with u.Otherwise it will be very difficult.

The changing station is over toilet. So i changed his diaper first. Then i used the toilet. We will get the ready to feedformula bottles small ones. That ones are very useful.Similac we will get from Babiesrus and enfamil i think from Cvs.The powder is also good. But hari he didn't give time to mix powder. And we will get hot water from plane itself if we request them so that we can wash bottles. They were very helpful .And the best thing was i took a carrier with me.The snuggly one.
It was very good.Helped me lot.Don't take too much dresses. The onesies dress one pack or two and the sleep and play two or three.I took one sleep sack.

And i put onesies and over that the sleep and play. When i entered plane i changd it to sleep sack.So he will get enough warm also. Then again when getting out from plane i changed the sleep sack ank and put sleep and play. The carrier is very good,Because if in airports also ,if u want to use toilet u can carry him with u.Don't forget to take sanitizer with u always.

And atlast i reached here.Hari had earpain two times and he cried little bit.if the baby is awake try to feed him only 20 mts befor takeoff and landing times.if he is sleeping put cotton balls in his ears, and cover with blankets, hold him tightly.

I am from south kerala. When r u all going? If u need any help just post.I will try to answer immedietely.

NB:Take medicines, digitalthermometer(mercury not allowed i think)tylenol little noses and all.The saline drop i am using most days,Because of weather change hari sneezes lot.And it's good for allergy also.

Ok then, Best of luck
Happy journey
Luv to the little ones,
Bye revathi

Am travelling on dec 4th to chennai by British airways with one stop over at london.
i Hven't started packing yet.
nice that hari didnt trouble u much..I hve to see how laya is going to be....

i hve started supplementing with formula, so she will take it in plane. she was allergic to cows milk based formula. when i gave her enfamil with iron she developed rashes.. now am giving her isomil with iron..this is soy milk based n she takes 4oz daily. she is getting used to bottle. but lot of playfulness...
hugs n kisses to hari

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
