My son is only 10 kilo at 22 months.his birth weight 6 lb 8 oz.is it ok or under weight.

he is not underwght, he is around 500grams leess, achievble,,
offer him a seperate serving of cheese, yogurt nd an extra serving of cheese along with his daily lunches..it should help ! or lemme know his daily schedule,,will put in some good sources of proteins n fibr there in !
offer him minimeals and it should help !

Dear hetal,

thanks for reply.My son has acid problem and he vomits almost everyday.he goes to potty each and every after feeding,Dont know why.doc told he has digestion problem.he cant take fatty foods.

his daily routin
7-8 AM- pediasure 6/7 oz with cereals

11-12 pm-lunch rice with green beans,apple,sweet potato,spinach and mixed lentils like moong,moosor,toor

1-2 pm-yogurt with banana or other fruits.

5-6 pm-6 oz pediasure with cereals

8-9pm- dinner ragi or rice with daal

10.30-11- 2/3 oz milk with cereals

he doesn´ t take milk alone .so i give him with cereals.dont know is it ok or not if i give him pediasure with cereals.
