Hello,

In february we are planning a trip to India. My Daughter will be 6 months old. I have couple of question.

1. Has anybody traveled from India to US or from US to india?

2. What kinds of problem have u faced?

2. Will she have a jetlag problem?
3. What kind of seat I should book for her?
4. She is used to her bouncer, should we take that? Or do you get a bouncer in india? for how much?
5. do they have disposible diapers and formula? (I will take mine but in case if we need to)

Please let me know.

Ankita

(Simran 4 months old)

hi ankita,

ive been to india when my son was 4and half months old....as ur daughter is going to be 6months old u can ask ur pediatrician for travel shots...she may have jetlag for 3-4days..u have to book a seat with basinet..u have to book in advance becoz there will be very few basinets..i dont think its worth talking a bouncer from here..u can get a bouncer for same price even in india, moreover it occupies lot of place..u mean diapers and formula in flight or in india..if its in flight u can get diapers but i dont know about formula...if ur asking about india..its better to take diapers and formula from here..quality of diapers in india is not that good and moreover they r quite expensive...

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
