Name: Teja Hello, I have migrane. Many suggested me Yoga is a perfect work out to help migrane to stay out. I cannot go in search of tutors as i reside in a non English speaking country.

So i request Yoga teachers in this forum to explain me which poses i can start without risk of migrane. Thanks in advance.

lost my baby

hi , i´ m mahi 4 months back i lost my baby at 35 weeks.Heart beat was stopped .I got stiched in 5 month to hold my baby as my uterus size is loose . i heard that by doing some yoga postures we can tighten the uterus size.plz help me again i want to concieve.plz!
