hi pals
since the 32 week i had been putting lots of weight infact every 15 days sort of 1 kg or more . I am so scared what will be the status at the end of it . Am hungry most of the times , any suggestions .

Preethu Avi replied. Hey Preetu, at my doctors appointment on Monday of this week I found out that I had put on 4 pounds in three weeks and I was just flabbergasted... At my previous appt I had only put on 1 pound in three weeks...
So yeah, the rate of weight gain is a bit scary... but then I think about how much time is left before we can start trying to get back into shape and it makes me feel a bit better...

And the baby is supposed to put on atleast 1/2 pound per week, so atleast some of weight is hopefully going to the baby...

So cheer up and eat.... I've been trying to cut down on sugars and carbs as much as possible....No more desserts for me :) and cutting down on rice too...Instead I am increasing wheat and multi grain products in my diet and avoiding greasy stuff at all costs...
