hope you can help me - to start off with i am only 15. recently, i have noticed that my periods occur every fortnight give or take a day. what does that mean?

i am deeply worried and it isn't easy for me - as i have school everyday and partake in PE lessons.

i havent been to see my local doctor out of pur embarassment.. should i consider consulting a nurse?

thanks in advance.

hi deepa,
it's very common for a girl of your age.

and one more thing, never be ashamed to tell your doctor about your problems lest it complicate the issue further. you can take help of lady doctor otherwise.
