i have been taking prenantal vitamins for long time (like 2,3 months).its good to have friends in this board who is telling good things all abt pregnancy.i am so glad.....

Dear Rashika,

I am from July Board and expecting my little one on July 3rd.

Been readint subject from last 15 years. Not a medicine Dr. I am a Microbiologist. Always wanted to be OB/GYN. Could not due to circumstances. I am happy who I am and what I am:) No regrets at all!!!!!

Think sharing what I know will be wonderful way to help people and slake my and their needs at a time.

I get abdominal cramps occasionally. It pains a lot & if I lie down for a while or when I’m in the sleep then if I change the position, it calms down slowly. Is this common?

The most sensitive trimester is First one.More the bed rest better is for your health.

Yes you can feel them, may subside at the end of this trimester.

Best choice is to give a call to your Dr. she/he will confirm what I just said here.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all. I saw a movie Royal casino ,then i had a Dhruv's party. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I had called an entertainer and had kept balloon sculptures. It was a great fun .
