Did u start prenatal vitamins? Don't forget to take them everyday. They r very important during the first trimester.

Dear Geetha,
They are not only important during first trimester but until your some stage in third trimester.

You may be referring at this stage to Folic Acid, but trust me you have lot of minerals to worry in second and third trimester such as Zinc, Iron, Calcium. Therefore all of you should not forget to stick to your Prenatal schedule.

This is solitarily depends on what brand is prescribed.

If the brand consist on Folic Acid, Magnesium then you are more than correct, but need of Calcium, Iron and Manganese increases during second trimester and third trimester when baby got to put some weight.

I have prescribed and I will be using this one till 33rd week of gestation. I will have changed prescription for last three four weeks or I may ask no suppliments, will be decided base don U/S and growth of baby.

Hope I clarify your principle doubt.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
